Star Friends brings together travellers, experts and businesses. These rules keep the platform useful, safe and honest for everyone.
What is welcome
- Real photos, accurate prices and honest descriptions
- Reviews based on your own experience
- Helpful answers in the forum and in groups
- Respectful tone, even in disagreement
What is forbidden
- Fraud, fake listings and misleading prices
- Hate speech, harassment and threats
- Adult, violent or illegal content
- Spam, mass messaging and fake reviews
- Other people's photos, texts or trademarks
Privacy of others
Never publish someone else's phone number, address, documents or private messages. Ask for consent before sharing photos of other people.
Deals and payments
Keep negotiations and payments on the platform. Requests to pay outside Star Friends leave you without protection and are treated as a violation.
Reporting
Use the report action on a post, listing or profile, or email us. Include links and screenshots so the moderators can act quickly.
Consequences
Depending on severity we edit or hide the content, limit an account, cancel a boost without refund, or block the account permanently. You can appeal by email.
