Lesson 4 — Get seen
Post updates and stories, join groups in your niche, answer forum questions and use a boost when you have capacity to take new clients.
Lesson 5 — Handle requests
Track incoming enquiries in CRM, reply fast, confirm the scope and close the deal. Ask for a review as soon as the work is delivered.
